The Story Behind the SWIM Brand
S.W.I.M — Stand Up, Work Hard, Invest, Move On — was born from a personal place of transformation in the life of Temi Alade-Mustapha. After spending over 17 years building a thriving career in the banking industry, Temi experienced firsthand the challenges women face in navigating career transitions, financial instability, and identity crises in seasons of change.
Rather than be defined by those challenges, she turned them into fuel for purpose. With a heart to help other women do the same, she launched SWIM Global Resources — a platform designed to empower women with practical tools, financial education, and mindset shifts that enable them to rise beyond life’s setbacks and lead with strength.
Temi’s journey through corporate leadership, financial coaching, and women’s empowerment formed the foundation of SWIM’s mission: to equip women to stand up from their fall, work hard with clarity, invest in their growth, and move on with grace and confidence.
Today, SWIM is more than a brand — it is a movement. A space where women are reminded that their pain can have purpose, their setbacks are not the end, and their potential is still valid. Through training programs, coaching sessions, events, and community-building, Temi is building more than a business, she’s building a generation of women ready to swim through life’s tides and emerge victorious.
